Volunteer Opportunities

Network Knowledge has a variety of opportunities for our members, viewers and the general public to have fun, meet people and get involved. Throughout the year, this station hosts several special events such as our Fun Time Stations, the golf scramble and local pledge drives which all help to support quality, educational programming for all citizens of west central Illinois and northeast Missouri.

Spring bus trip: On the Road with Illinois Stories

Join host Mark McDonald for a trip stopping at the locations of some of Mark McDonald's favorite recent stories.

Depart from Quincy, IL at 8:30 AM

First stop: the Hannibal History Museum
Second stop: A tour of the historic William Watson Hotel in Pittsfield and a coffee break at the Free Press Coffee House.
Third stop: the restored Hagel 1891 Restaurant in Mt. Sterling, where we will have lunch. Then a tour of DOT Foods in Mt. Sterling.

Then back to Quincy for a tour of the old Dick’s Brewery, including the underground cellars.
